So recently i discoverd that i have hair loss at 16.
My Situation
my temples have moved back but not my forehead causing a widows peak, one temple seems to be worse than the other however I do see alot of tiny white hairs on this side, there is some tiny hairs on the other side but not as many.
What I have been doing
So i have been using castor oil in my hair as well as on my temples since decmber 2017, i was taking dimatecious earth for 2 mounths during that time but have stoped. I have been using a derma roller for two weeks with coconut oil and castor oil my hair feels nice but no hair regrowth.
Before u ask
1 Yes i have been to the doctor, he is not a hair specialist he is a family doctor. He says that what i have is normal, but i disagree because a year ago my hair was not like this
2 my diet is alright, i wouldnt say that i eat healthy all the time but im pretty healthy and very athletic
3 my stress isnt too high, i am in highschool so things can get overwhelming but nothing to serious. However there was an event that did stress me out heavily but that was almost a year ago and i didnt notice any hairloss untill december 2017.
My Question
So I want to know based of the experince of others, what are my best options? Should i countinue to do what i am doing? I really dont want to take minoxdil or any other drugs similir to that because of my age and the possible side affects. Are there other natural remides that have worked for people before that i should try?
Conclusion
I know what i am asking is very hard to answer without any photos our maybe I didnt explain well enough. But any advice is appreciate because i am very confused on what to do and i am hoping that some people experienced in this type of area can help me with my situation.
If there is any infomation that could help me my email:

One thing i forgot to include is family history. My dad is pretty much bald with some lose hairs, my grandpa on my fathers side is bald. And my grandpa on my mother's side has pretty good hair line with some balding on his crown and a partial receding hairline

Here is picture of my hairline. I understand that my case isn't as bad as other but as u can see it is not straight, it is in v shape

this is my hairline before straight across, not in v shape so there is defiantly some hair loss

No. Pics are a must on this site for anybody to take you seriously. You could have a full head of hair for all we know..

It does look slightly suspicious, but you are still in NW1 territory I would say you are NW1.5
Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do right now until you are 18 ( don't bother with minoxidil) Once you are 18 consider using finasteride if you feel your hair is getting worse.

Andy do think that is possible to regrow that hair using a derma roller and natural products like coconut oil and castor oil, or do u think its a waste of time hoping for results

Your hair density and hairline shape are both a bit concerning. I would just monitor it for now.
