So recently i discoverd that i have hair loss at 16.
My Situation
my temples have moved back but not my forehead causing a widows peak, one temple seems to be worse than the other however I do see alot of tiny white hairs on this side, there is some tiny hairs on the other side but not as many.
What I have been doing
So i have been using castor oil in my hair as well as on my temples since decmber 2017, i was taking dimatecious earth for 2 mounths during that time but have stoped. I have been using a derma roller for two weeks with coconut oil and castor oil my hair feels nice but no hair regrowth.
Before u ask
1 Yes i have been to the doctor, he is not a hair specialist he is a family doctor. He says that what i have is normal, but i disagree because a year ago my hair was not like this
2 my diet is alright, i wouldnt say that i eat healthy all the time but im pretty healthy and very athletic
3 my stress isnt too high, i am in highschool so things can get overwhelming but nothing to serious. However there was an event that did stress me out heavily but that was almost a year ago and i didnt notice any hairloss untill december 2017.
My Question
So I want to know based of the experince of others, what are my best options? Should i countinue to do what i am doing? I really dont want to take minoxdil or any other drugs similir to that because of my age and the possible side affects. Are there other natural remides that have worked for people before that i should try?
Conclusion
I know what i am asking is very hard to answer without any photos our maybe I didnt explain well enough. But any advice is appreciate because i am very confused on what to do and i am hoping that some people experienced in this type of area can help me with my situation.
If there is any infomation that could help me my email:
