Receding/thinning -need some help/suggestions

I am 29 years old and have been aware of my receeding hairline since I was 23 and I've always just sat back and let it happen to frightened to do anything about it . It's now got to that stage 6 years down the line that to keep my hair I know I need to action it and basically man up and deal with this situation . The problem won't go away but I know if I at least try and do something and get some results even if minor I will feel a lot better about ]If there is any body who reads this who has a similar receeding hairline( I also definitely have thinning on the top now) please can you let me know what you have taken ... Finasteride ?Minoxidil ?ketoconazole ? The dosages you should take and where you can get it , I am based in London . I seriously would appreciate any help / advice
