So, a while ago I noticed a difference in hair density. So I posted it here, I was told it was nothing so i thought nothing off it. But now I started worrying again, as my harstarted getting more thin not just at one side of the head but all over. My temples look at lot more patchy as well. Help is greatly appreciated. My crown looks totally fine although. ( I used to have really dense hair)

Your hairline/hair is fine, even your temples. The only sign of balding is those little hairs in the last picture. Are they new? Keep an eye on them.

Just keep an eye on them for now.

No harm in using nizoral (shampoo) 3 times a week also.

I wouldn’t use nizoral at all at his age. It’s harsh stuff which has not been proven to do very much except dry your hair out.

nizoral is only harsh on the existing hair shafts in the cosmetic sense. In the medical sense it's good for the follicles themselves.

The results from nizoral seem to vary among individuals but it definitely helps some people. Especially if you've got "the itch" then I'm an advocate of using it. One usage gives a lingering effect that trails off over 2-3 days. You can even just dab a little nizoral onto the balding/receding areas without using it on the rest of your head. Do that several minutes before you get into the shower and let it soak.

Strangely enough I have been noticing an increase in loss of body hair, such as eyelashes, leg hair and eyebrow hair. I looked Into this and right now I'm hoping I don't have alopecia universalis or some sh*t

Your hair looks fine to me..You are.only.14 for God's sake.....you will be going through lotsnof changes in the next 7 years and pretty much the rest of your life. Enjoy your youth....don't worry about your hair right now. Even if you are destined to lose it, it won't happen for probably another 10 years. Just be realistic and know that it could happen eventually.

Go live your life dude. By the time you're 20 and really start losing it (if you do) lots of options will be available to you.
