We have similar hair loss. When I was 23-24 we were at about the same level. I’m 26 now and it’s only gotten deeper. The rest of my head hasn’t lost any hair but my temples recede more and more. I would monitor it, give it a year and if you feel you are losing more at the hair line then i would consider finasteride
