Receding hairline?

You have some recession. In order to tell if you will experience further recession you need to check for miniaturisation. Hairs at the hairline and temples growing increasingly smaller, thinner and eventually tiny, thin and colourless. A hair transplant specialist can perform this for you as a consultation. You could try a GP or dermatologist, but don't count on them knowing their arse from their elbow.

Thanks :)

I'll make sure to see a hair specialist in the coming months. I quite like my current hairline and the recession isn't that obvious but I'd certainly not want it to get any worse. So what sort of test would I ask for?

Just ask for miniaturisation mapping. They can tell you in what pattern your hairline will continue to recede and you'll have some good baseline photos to measure your progress against.
