Hello everyone, so I am now 24 years old and I experienced, in the past 2/3 months, some hair loss. Specifically my hairline got higher, like half centimeter on all my forehead.

The question is: am I going full bald, or am I going to get a slow maturing hairline?

Some info that I think can help: my hair have ALWAYS been very thin in diameter, and I naturally have a high forehead, so I know that the M shape might look like a big red flag, but it's just a bit more severe than my usual hair I had untill a few months ago.

My dad is now 58 and he's like a Norwood 3, with the same hair as mine but like the temples are far more receded.

When I look at my hair they do not look like they are receding right now, the hairline does not have miniaturized hair, but under the light when I adjust my hair I can see the scalp. I cannot see the scalp when my hair are in place, and they are a bit long.

I hope I am going to be like my father, since he only lost his "temples" of hair.

Do you think, from the images, that it is probable i am going to lose all my hair?
I'm panicking a bit in the last days because as everyone who is balding I am scared to lose the look I am used to.

Looks like recession to me. Don't see it stopping anytime soon. But that's just what I see.

If I am balding, there's really no way to know if it will stop at NW3 or whatever, right?

I don't know if I should start with Finasteride. The erectyle dysfunctions side effects are kinda scary...

Found another image from 6 months ago. Had better temples there, that are unfortunately hidden, but the forehead was just as big as it has ever been.

You're most likely receding in my opinion.
