receding haircuts

how often do you guys get a cut. To make my hair look like I want, im thinking i need a cut just about every 2 weeks, Atleast. Man thats going to be expensive, but I would rather feel comfortable than anything. My hair looks like crap when its growing since the right temple is much worse. I also have a nice cowlick that makes it look like junk after about 1 1/2 weeks from a haircut. I wish I could just get a transplant but I would prolly get made fun of a ton doing that. Atleast with receding hair you may get a joke here or there but getting a transplant would be killer... plus thats 15k I should not spend on hair

yeah receeded hairlines only look good with certain length hair, i get mine cut and 2 - 3 weeks later its too long again. this sucks because im the kind of guy that likes getting his hair cut short and then growing it out for 4 or 5 months before going back...i guess im not really that kind of guy anymore.

i havn't had a haircut for 3 weeks and i hate it, hard to style, looks gross. but rogaine is making it come back like never before so i have hopes that in a few months i can have decent looking hair for more than a week at a time.

Seriously I find it more convenient to cut it myself once a month using a number 12mm guard. That gives me just enough coverage to get by and there's not much of a comb-over impression over the course of the month.

I have the comb forward thing going. I recently just got a cut and had the sides and back cut down close and wouldn't let them cut a hair down the middle. I cut it myself as needed in the front. It took 3 months for the front to grow long enough for me to be comfortable.
