Receading Hairline?

Hey I am 28. I know my hairline has changed from when I was younger, but not sure if it has changed in the last few years. I notice some hair falling out in the shower, not a ton but some. Mom's dad was a fully, not sure what age he started and dad is showing some signs of baldness in the last few years, but he still has a fair bit of hair (he is 60). Uncles on both sides had hair. Is this balding?

Looks pretty solid to me. You have slightly recessed temples, but for someone who is 28 that seems like a pretty normal hairline.

If you are worried about male pattern baldness, one of the main keys I suggest you be aware of is the condition of your scalp. If you start feeling itchiness in the scalp in your upper forehead, then you might start to take some action. If you are not feeling any itchiness, then you're probably okay for now.
