I'm 35 and have had little hair loss progression since my 20s (finally got on finasteride/minoxidil/Nizoral shampoo at some point and largely stopped further loss)
If possible I would like to go forward with a hair transplant but not sure if I am a good candidate. Is my hair loss too severe at this point (Norwood 4/5?)
What started as normal male pattern baldness with receeding temples has turned into a full thinning/loss in an inverted y although my vertex seems largely saved by the drugs for the time being. Hairline is obviously completely shot. Unfortunately I've always had a high/large forehead so that would increase the number of grafts necessary, however I would be ok with a conservative hairline. The thinning on top isn't very noticeable when my hair grows out.
Head was shaved about 10-14 days ago in these pics. How do the donor areas look?
