Down here, things are not like in US or aussie laid back life... u less have free time than in western nations and working hours are from 8-5 Pm (least) or longer depending on the work, Over here there is no such thing as welfarism if u are jobless, 20% of your pay (whether u like it or not) goes to a Provident fund set up for u by the Govt, an extra 20% is contributd by the govt to this fund every month..it is compulsory for all citizens here ..In other words u get this 20% from the Govt only if u are working.

As u can see , It depends on which country and society. And it raises when you earm more.. Up to 45-50% and its expensive to live.
So if yoy loose your job here it will still be a hell to live.. And if you choose living on the streets you get less support from the whelfare-fund.
Minimum to live for here is 4500 NOK.. That is about $600 a month..
One beer here is $8 and $2 per liters of gasoline.. Quite expensive.
So poor here is poor also in one of the most whelfare countries in the world.
And we are only 5 mill people, bad roads, alot of junkies and the talest building is 80m. And almost everything is eligal when it comes to drugs. Even MSM is not legalized here.. So getting on treatment is not easy here. Propecia NOT legal, but you can have it if you really cry for it to the Doctor.. They can make an exception if you lucky.
