Hello guys and gals,
I want to share my pictures with you. I already had two hair trainsplants.

Information:

1. First one, in Poland - didn't like the results. 1150/grafts mostly to my temples and some grafts to lower my hairline. Md-medmix hair clinic in Bielsko-Biala.
My thoughts: Low density! They didn't tell me all the information. It was like 3-4 times less dense than my normal hair. Plus they were rude to me during procedure.

2. Seconde one in Turkey - results are better but still I dont like it. Around 2.500 grafts to my lower hairline (not temples) plus some to my beard. I did it on Clinicana in Istanbul. Two muslim girls were transplating hair on my scalp and beard in the same time and the results are DIFFEERENT depends of the side of my face - one is stronger than another. I don't recommend them eiether, they do not listen to the client.

I'm thinking about third hair transplant, mostly (85%) to my temples and (15%) to my beard - sidebums.
Im 29 years old male. I was on steroid cycles. I shaved my head to zero now.

1. On 3mm buzz cut i look good when I use ceratine fibers on my head. The transplant hair on the temples are undetectable.
2. With longer hair (6-8cm), bad light and undercut hairstyle without fibers its easy to notice bad density - I would like to solve this problem. I don't want use fibers on longer hair.

Drug Regime:
I'm on:
1. TRT 125mg/week - pinning subq monday, wednenss, friday.
2. Finasteride 1,25mg everyday.
3. Minoxidil 5% with 30-40mg Ru58841 2 times/day.
4. Ketoconazole shampoo 3-6 times/week.
5. Microneedeling - from time to time.
6. Drinking castrol oil - around 2-3 ml.

Questions:
1. Should I do third procedure?
2. Is my donor area sufficient?
3. How would you rate my effects?
4. If you were me, what would you do?
5. Is there any dermatological procedure that would remove those visible red-bumps (plugs) on my temples when I'm shaved to zero? Everyone can see it clearly when I shave my head (look at pictuers!) It looks like the skin is "higher up" at the transplant site. Hair is placed "higher" than normal! [This is most important to me right now]
6. Should I switch to dutasteride and try no maintain regorow on my temples?

Good luck on your journey guys!

From your pictures, if I were you, I would be looking for a top surgeon who is a ''repair specialist'' at this point and follow his advice about what could be done to improve your case.

jumping into a third transplant with the same technical ability as your first two transplants is liable to leave you in an unrecoverable and dire situation.
