I'm having a hard time doing it. I'm paranoid as fuark about my hairloss and started finasteride like 3 months ago, still going through a shed but it's doable since I'm letting my hair grow.

Sometimes I feel like people make these topics just to feel better about themselves... It's like a skinny person going to weight watchers groups to ask a bunch of fat people to tell them how great they look.

Looks like there is miniaturization along the hairline although it doesn't appear to have receded much at all if any. So all in all I'd say its still a NW1 possibly NW1.5 with miniaturization; your hair looks pretty thin throughout the hairline too, but that might just be the way your hair is.

This is not a troll, keep in mind that I probably have a genetics that will make me end as a NW6-7, and my father was a NW5 at 24, so I'm battling against time, a year, a day, a month, whatever, the time will come when I experience some severe recession and I just can't get bear with the thought. I'd rather die.
So yeah, why am I on finasteride? for prevention. Thanks for the replies and Sir Gilgamesh, while my hairline as ALWAYS been like that (quite high actually) I do believe that miniaturization is happening, since my hair was NEVER this thin.

You're about a NW3, few more years I predict you will be a full baldie.

Just kidding, I don't think it's crazy to start on finasteride if hairloss is in your family, you'll be fine.
