randomly had a 40 hair shed after 4 months of minoxidil

im 17 and have been using minoxidil for months. My shedding as continued but i believe had slowed down. My doctor said i could use minoxidil twice a day , so when i finally started, i think i sheded about 40 hairs. im extremly worried and stressed. When i wasnt even using minoxidil or anything i was losing about 2-4 hairs..

and now my hairloss is worse and im frusttrated about what i should do or if i should just stop in general. im so depressed... afterall my hairloss started when i was 14..
