Is it more likely that the individuals who found success with non-conventional treatment are going to seek out online forums to spread their success? What about those who who did shed some initial light - will they remain active as posters?
I tend to think these blessed souls move on with their lives especially in lieu of compartmentalized thinking, mainstream science, and inability for some of them to fully convey why their regimen was successful in the first place. I just don't see them sticking around for the inevitable doubt and skepticism - hell even the mockery that can be found.
Then there's this - if you had the solution would the possibility of someone else profiting off your discovery stop you from helping others overcome this affliction?
