Ralph Macchio ...is he wearing a hair system?

II recently watched an interview with Ralph Macchio and yes I think he definitely had hair transplants.

I mean, it's certainly conceivable that he's wearing a piece, possibly with some fibers on the crown area. You can see where the outline would be if so:

The one I've been wearing is a bit shorter than his hair in those pics.

I don't think he is wearing anything tho, I think rumors of the degree of his hair loss and what he's done to cover it up have been greatly exaggerated, as is often the case with celebs. He was just going a little thin up top, mainly at the crown afaict, he could have recovered some with finasteride and wouldn't have to do much to make it look full in any case.

If he is, it looks pretty realistic to me! He's always been a very young looking guy too. He's in his late 50s but could easily pass for 15 or 20 years younger than his actual age.

I didn't see this thread until now. I've seen lots of stories out there that suggest he wears or had transplants. I've long been obsessed with him (no not in the way a girl or a gay guy would be ), because like him I have quite young skin and (presumably) cursed old hair and when I don't look "obvious" people do think I'm 10-15 years younger than I really am (I'm 5 years younger than Macchio).

Yes he's definitely had transplants. He's a good candidate because his peripheral hair is nice and thick. He does however have what I call the "transplant track" where you can see the perfect rows of transplanted hair in the front hairline. He also has a mini comb over. This may have been temporary to cover the implants for the 3-4 month dormant period until the hair grows in .His is not really that bad but I've seen some real obvious ones both on TV and in real life.
