Quitting Minoxidil-questions

How to quit Minoxidil and in the same time minimize the shedding as much as possible?
I am getting flakes which are very visible because I have very short hair.

How much hair will I loose...I mean how significant will the loss be?

Depends, how long have you been using it?

How much regrowth did you get?

You could slowly ween yourself off it like a drug user would with bennys, don't know if it would help...

But how much you lose is decided by how good a job the minoxidil was doing in the first place.

You will lose every single hair minoxidil regrew and you will lose the thickness minoxidil helped thicken.

Tough question to answer. I was on minoxidil for around 5 months and didn't notice a lot of improvement. However, after quiting I experienced horrible shedding and a pretty bad progression of my hair loss in the area where I had applied the minoxidil. Needless to say I got back on it. Do you use the foam or the liquid? I had bad flaking with the liquid but it's not a problem with the foam.
