Quitting After 2 Months, Should I Taper?

Hi HairLossTalk.com,

I've been on finasteride 1mg daily for about 2, maybe 3 months tops.

I've had very few side effects apart from some weight gain and loss of libido in the beginning but I just feel it's not right for me.

The question is has this been long enough that I still need to taper off and if so for how long?

just spread it out

1mg every other day for a couple weeks, then 0.5mg eod, then 025 eod, then 025 couple times a week, then call it a day

What's with the fear mongering? I've went cold turkey off dutasteride for 3 weeks before no problem. He's only taken it for 2 months. He will be fine.

That's what I worried about.

I'll follow your advice and do the 1mg eod and work my way down, would rather go slowly and taper than risk going cold turkey and getting my hormones and sh*t fucked up from stopping so fast.
