Im a newby and my first question is quite simply .....

Saw Palmetto - natural dried herb or tablet ? . The difference being cost.

Saw palmetto will do you absolutely no good when not used in conjunction with a 5-AR inhibitor. It's too weak a DHT blocker in itself.

But if you're going to get it...get the softgels... 80-160mg standardized saw palmetto extract...with the fatty acids. a 3 month supply for 9 bucks at walmart.

I agree with the last post. However, if you are a male, it is well worth taking the dose that he stated, 2 pills a day, twice a day, just to benefit your prostate. Here is what I have been doing, Saw Palmetto in the dose I just stated, minoxidil 5 percent twice a day, Revivogen before bed, 2000 mg Biotin and multivatamin with zinc, 1000 Ester C for health. Frontal baldness is disappearing, taking since July, back bald spot, what I call the crown, still very sparse. Going to try American crew sparay for the back with copper peptides. I am 38 and have been balding since my mid 20's.
