Is it ok to put lotion( to fight dry scalp) on your head after putting minoxidil on? How long should I wait before putting lotion on?

It's best to put lotions (inc spironolactone cream) *after* minoxidil to ensure that the greasiness in the lotion does't form a barrier (occlusive film) preventing the minoxidil form absorbing properly.

Appy minoxidil and then 5-10 mins later apply your lotion.
