You did not specify what you were comparing Propecia to ? I amsumed when you said "IS PROPECIA THE BEST' you were asking 'is Propecia the best treatment for male pattern baldness'

But it would appear you are comparing Propecia to other brands of finasteride.

In that case, no!, Propecia is no better than other finasteride pill (Proscar, Fincar, Finpecia etc), they all do the same thing, there are not superior versions of finasteride which will give you better results.
