Questions Surrounding The Use Of Enzalutamide (mdv3100)

male pattern baldness Aggressiveness: Mild/Moderate

I want to try Enzalutamide (MDV3100) as the longer half life will enable me to go topical free for a few days and style my hair without the fear that DHT will be acting on the hair follicle.

My questions are as follows:

1) - What is the standard dosage? (Current thought: 2%)
2) - What is most effective vehicle? (Current thought: DMSO)
3) - Can I make a monthly batch? (Current thought: yes)
4) - How does it need to be stored? (Current thought: Room Temperature)
5) - What has been the most successful application frequency? (Current thought: 2 days a week)
6) - @whatevr started Enzalutamide on 22/11/2017 with the below mix:
-- 15% DMSO
-- 70% PEG-400
-- 15% Ethanol (96% purity)

Why use both DMSO and Ethanol? If MDV3100 dissolves in DMSO then surely that makes Ethanol irrelevant as Ethanol is usually used to dissolve compounds.
