questions of usage of medication on my scalp

i tend to have a sensitive scalp and at times tried using soap becasue i tend to lose more hair using a regular shampoo such as herbal essence and pert plus. i was recommended by some to start treating my hair with nizoral and t gel becasue of my oily thin hair.. But with the sensitive condition of my scalp will nizoral and tgel benefit me or will it make it worse?

Should both improve the condition although maybe short term you won't see it until your scalp gets used to them.
