Questions, I bought the American Crew products

Few questions here guys, if you wouldn't mind answering. I just bought the American Crew Revitalizing shampoo, conditioner, and spray that some of you recommended. I went ahead and ordered them on-line from the drugstore.com that one of you suggested. Thanks by the way. Worked out great!

Okay, here are my questions. I know they are fairly basic ones:

1) The American Crew Revitalizing Spray, once or twice a day?

2) Do you use it after you have showered?

3) How many squirts do you use of the spray?

4) For the 2 days out of the week that I use Nizoral, do I use the American Crew Revitalizing shampoo and conditioner on those two days as well? If so, do I use the Nizoral before or after the shampoo and conditioner?

1. once or twice - totally up to you. twice for better results.

2. Yes you can, but it doesn't matter.

3. How many sprays it takes to saturate your scalp...might take more if your hair is long. If your hair is long, try to seperate it before spraying, and work it in with your finger tips.... I usually go on a spraying frenzy.. totally up to you.

4. Doesn't matter at all.

American Crew

I use the American Crew shampoo & conditioner five times a week, Nizoral 2% twice a week. I use the American Crew Gel on the front hairline once a day and the spray on top of my head twice a day, I probably do about 10 sprays with each application. I also use the NuHair Serum once a day. I take 1.25 meg Proscar and 3 Green Tea capsuls daily. Been on this specific regime since Jan 17, 2006.
