So I just received some saw palmetto supplements
My situation
so i am 16 and i wanted to try saw palmetto cause i am very young for minoxidil and finasride, also dont want to take it for my whole life. read from websites that saw palmetto could help with Male Pattern baldness because it lowers DHT but i have some concerns
Concerns
1. do i have to take forever to keep results like minoxidil
2. read that some cases cause even more hair shedding, witch i don't get because it lowers DHT
3.read that there are some side affects like dizziness, vomiting, anyone have any experience with this
