Questions About Dermarolling. Using It Once Per Week

I've started dermarolling. I'm using a 1.5mm dermaroller over the entire NW6 area once per week and making sure that I wait 24 hours before applying minoxidil after my dermaroller session.

1. Can I shave my head within 24 hours of using the dermaroller (with clippers, not a razor and cream)?

2. I know that I need to use rubbing alcohol to clean the dermaroller between uses. Should I also do this with the hats that I wear and the pillows that I use within 24 hours of using the dermaroller?
