Question Regarding Telogen Efluvium

Quick questiln, is there anything that I coould do to stop shedding from chronic Telogen Effluvium? Or I should wait for itself to solve out? It is like this for 2 years, and I really want the shedding to stop in order to get results from minoxidil. I feel like even hair that minoxidil help grow, fall out due to Telogen Effluvium.

You have to eliminate the cause of your Telogen Effluvium, whatever it is.
