Lets say youve lost about 50% of your hair from dht, does this mean that the hair is gone for good? What I mean is, if two follicles are right next to eachother, is it possible for one to be gone for good while the other is still growing normally? and that isnt possible, could the damaged hair be saved by propecia?

thanks

The follicles are simply 'miniaturised', and yes there is hope for them if they have not been under the influence of DHT for more than a few years.

Given this chance, Rynan, how do you define "more than a few years"?
Does the area have to be sleek bald to say "bye bye"?

What i would like to know is, that certain hair follicles say 50% get destroyed by DHT permanently and the rest may stay or minitiarise?

So Telogen Effluvium above gives an impession of diffuse loss? or is it that all follicles miniturising at the same time ives an impession of diffuse loss?

And also what has the above got to do with the daily male pattern baldness shedding?
