Question for guys with facial hair.......

Everytime I try to grow out my facial hair....I get to about day 2 or 3 and I get a red, scaly, dry skin that's pealing and itchy..... I shave, and my skin is back o normal within 12 hours. WTF is going on? I'd like to keep he facial hair without the redness and rash.....anyone else have and conquer this before?

I feel maybe I missed something, but are you applying minoxidil to your face to grow facial hair?
I honestly can't be of help friend, weird.

No No.... I wouldn't apply minoxidil to anything. I can grow a full beard in 3 days. When I have no facial hair, my skin is perfectly clear..... when I do facial hair, I break out.

Probably hygiene.

Wash everyday with a daily cleanser that has Salicylic Acid.
