I tried the Nano shampoo today. I have a few questions about it and it will be great if fellow NANO users answer it.

1. The shampoo does not build any lather at all. Is it supposed to be this way ?

2. I had unusually large hairfall while applying the shampoo. Maybe not the shampoo doing that ??

3. The conditioner smells great. Is it as great for hair loss stop ?

4. Is NANO an instant hair thickener or keeps hair thick over the long run? I feel gave my hair a thicker look today? Also, Is it stupid to expect hair growth because of it ?

Answers highly appreciated.

Thanks

Ahhh NANO- that brings back some memories - I remember reading proctors website thinking it all made so much sense so I ordered some - I used nano & prox-n for about 4 months then stopped so I cant attest to its regrowth capabilities but in answer to question 1 - there was no lather when I used it either, also on questions 2 - if you check the bottle it will tell you if it has the active ingredient in it or not - if my memory serves correctly I think it did.

lather does not matter, add a lathering shampoo with nano if needed.
nano shampoo has regrowth agents in it (NANO and SODs)
nano conditioner has nano only.
hairfall in one application does not mean anything. as long as you don't get irritation, continue nano.

It's supposed to be this way. Lather doesn't matter, most shampoos create lather to give the appearance of doing something.

Coincidence. It doesn't cause an immediate shed. But even if it did, that is no worse than any other shed, an immediate nuisance, but meaningless in the long run, since those hairs would soon fall out anyway.

I don't use the conditioner, only the shampoo. I use Nizoral 3x a week, Nano 2x a week, and a coal tar shampoo the other days.

I doubt Nano by itself will have significant results, although you never know. Shampoos simply aren't on your head long enough -- not enough penetration of their active ingredients -- to make much difference. However, as a part of your regimen, shampoos such as Nizoral and Nano can only help. You have to wash your hair anyway, why not use a shampoo that might make a small difference.

I'm assuming that you guys have seen the before-and-after pics of that guy on Dr. Proctor's site who used _only_ NANO shampoo?

I wouldn't discount the possible beneficial effect of a shampoo. After all, the scalp will never be more hydrated than it is during that time.

No. Doctor Proctor's chemicals work for me. Will they work for you? I don't know. :(

Thanks for the replies guys.

I noticed a lot of hair on my second application of NANO too. I think it maybe coincidence once again. But its really huge. Also, I dont think a shampoo should start reacting with hair as soon as you apply it. It must sure take a few seconds to a minute to have any reaction. But I am still surprised.

I use nizoral the other days and I dont see so many hairs in my hand. Hardly 1/10th. But, nizoral is fuckin effective not sure bour hairloss, but dandruff, maan my head has never been so dandruff free ever. I have been using it March 29th that means I must have not head more than 8-9 apps and my head is so clean.

I wonder if less dandruff by anways means less effect of MBP. Guess not
