Question for all my bald/close-cropped brothers

Have you ever noticed that all or any of the product that you religiously spread on your scalp has changed the texture of your scalp? I recently went with a #2 guard. It is too subtle for the pictures to indicate, but where my sparse hairline begins, the texture of my scalp seems not wrinkled, but less smooth than the rest of my forehead. I've been using 5% foam, 2% and 5$ spironolactone, and 12.5% minoxidil for about a month now.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I'd like to qualify the above question that I am not talking about itching, flaking, or any other type of irritation. I mean that there is no sensation involved, it just LOOKS different than the rest of the skin on my face and head.

Is this normal?

If anything it's the spironolactone I reckon.

I thought it "repairs" the skin in some way. Kind of same way as copper peptides do. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Its a potent anti-androgen that converts testosterone to estrogen instead of DHT....thats what it says on the jar.
