Question, Correct Time To Take Medication

Quick question, if there is a medication that says take twice a day.

Is it more effective to take it across the day? Or should I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. It does not specify when, it just says take 2 daily.

Yes, ideally one in the morning and one at night, for what time of the day, it doesn't matter, as long as you take it twice on the 24 hour period of the day.
