Question about weed....

I was wondering if smoking weed will or will not cause hair loss. I'm not talking about the hair loss that you get from the actual smoking like smoking cigarettes, i'm talking about how weed supposedly affects hormones. I heard that it lowers testosterone levels or something like that, which I thought would be good for hair loss. Does anyone know anything about this?

Sorry, I smoke a sh*t load of weed everyday and hair still thinning. I wish it was the cure, then I'd have an excuse, hell it would probably be legal! unk: unk:

Hard to say, i got side effect from the weed (low libido). Quit smoking from last September and my hair sitation got worse , i was smoking weed regularly for the last 2-3 years and didn't stop my hair loss or regrow (maybe just slowed down the process or it's all in my head). One think i know cigarettes can promote hair loss but if your genes are programmed for hair loss can speed up the process. I started to lose hair when i first started to smoke cigarets they are really hard to quit but you can find 1000 reasons to do that.

I know that there was an study using it for inflammatory/eczema, now the st8 guys will say that we are just pot heads. I think this plant can be really useful in medicine (if we remove THC)

ive never not smoked it so its hard to say. I have gradually cut down a lot though over the years from a couple a day to a few tokes to get me to sleep and
my hairloss has never changed.

There is no hairloss from cigarrettes some smokers just have M.p.B.
I could name lots of heavy smokers who have great hair.
