Question about Nizoral

Guys, I know Nizoral is part of the Big 3. My question is, if I'm not having any scalp redness or itchyness (sp?), do I still need to use it? My entire regimen right now is Rogaine Foam and I am seeing the small venus hairs on the temple area. I've been on the Rogain for almost 2 months now. Thanks.

I'm glad you asked this question.

I have no redness, itchyness or spots on my scalp whatsoever (only have temple recession). I personally think temple recession has very small amounts of inflamation causing the hair to fall out, becuase the hair there is so sensitive to DHT anyway, where as diffuse thinning and crown/vertex thinning deffenaintly displays more inflamation and itching, and therefore nizoral be more beneficial. Just a suggestion.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I am NOT using Nizoral, never have. I shouldn't start to if I'm not having any redness/itchyness should I?

I understand that Nizoral is a priority to stop the inflammation, but as I said in my earlier post, I have zero inflammation. At least as far as I can tell.
