Actually I'm using Dr. Lee's regrowth formula, but anyway..

On the days I use nizoral/equiv (m/w/f) I am experimenting with differen methods. Currently I am just washing my hair with it, letting it sit in for 5 mins and rinsing. I have heard it said a conditioner would be good to use after all for complete cleaning, is this true? How about cleaning the hair first with a light shampoo, then using nizoral and letting it sit in? I have minoxidil and other stuff to clean off, and im wondering if nizoral works better on a clean/freshly washed scalp???

Nizoral is just a shampoo... the only thing it does is kill fungus and other sh*t in your scalp. Wash hair, let it sit for a few minutes, rinse, and use a conditioner like infusium 23. Don't need to do anything special with it. Just what the instructions say ;)

Infusium 23 is the best shampoo/conditioner I have ever used. No doubt.

Interesting. I think I'm going to switch to the Infusium too. The Redken No-Snap Extreme stuff I was using was really good for my hair, but it was as greasy as the Minoxidil. I'll just save the Redken for occasional cycle-in and give the Infusium a try.

I have tried about 15 shampoos since last FEB. I have tried some from $3 to $50 a bottle. NOTHING has been as good as Infusiom for it's mere $5 a bottle. Wonderful stuff.

Hold on here I think Infusium conditioner sucks ***. I wasted six bucks on that sh*t. Folligen is so much better. How can you guys say this? How many other types of shampooty and conditioner have you tried? My Emu oil blows this sh*t to the moon.
