Ans: Minoxidil definitely helps. Infact it is the best treatment among all in my experience. However, if you stop it you basically lose all the gain due to Minoxidil pretty fast and return to where you would be if you did not use minoxidil in the first place.

Q2. What is your guy review on Nizoral shampoo?

Ans: Ketaconzole also definitely helps, although I would rate it below Min and finasteride. But these are 3 complementary treatments and each helps in its own way all adding up together. I use Regenepure DR everyday because Nizoral has SLS etc which makes it unsuitable for use everyday. Regenepure has 1% Ketaconzole as opposed to 2% for nizoral but has no harsh drying chemicals.

All the best on your journey!

I do not recommend adding minoxidil to your regimen. Your hair is in great shape currently and if you were to be a thick NW2 your life because of finasteride nobody would find it unattractive. Most wouldn't even notice it. It's not the end of the world if your hairline is a little high.

Using keto isn't necessary but I recommend it. I use 2 percent 3 nights a week because it makes my hair look like crap if I use it in the morning.
