Question about miniaturized hair

Hi,I just have a doubt,my hair looks fine,I was born with receded temples but what freaks me out is that I see like white vellus barely visible where my hairline starts at the center an at the sides,I also notice that I have noticed some thinner hairs at the center of my hairline barely visible,the derm told me that I do not have male pattern baldness but what freaks me out are these vellus that I think is miniaturized hair,I read in some posts here that all people without male pattern baldness have some peach fuzz and in the site of doctor william rassman says that it is normal to have miniaturization in the hairline .My sister and mom also have miniaturized hair in their hairlines and have lots of hair.My question is that if this is normal
