Question about localization of minoxidil shedding

Hi everyone.
Question. I'm difussing all over the top and I want to try minoxidil.
But first I want to try ir on my crown. Is the rest of the scalp safe from shedding if I apply it only on the crown?
Or could it shed from the hairline or other places that I did not put the minoxidil?

Pretty much yes. According to the doctors of the hairloss show on youtube, it's like and compare it to a 'wound'. If you only apply in on the area you want the treatment, then the effects of it will only be on that certain area. Your hairline and temples are safe from shedding.
