There is no BEST, anything!

It's about what works for you. That is why there are so many different products to choose from.

Base type? Skin type, level of activity.

Ghostbond Platinum

Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover if you want effectiveness, but it smells and feels very toxic. Other solvents are probably quite equal, only a bit less effective and a lot less dangerous.

Conditioners are probably the same.

For removing glue from scalp there definitely is one best product: Cleanskin Scalp from Hairdirect.
