Question about hair length.

Is it possible to wear a swiss lace front piece while having the sides & back of your hair shaved, almost like a crew cut? I've always had my hair like this & was wondering, do I have to grow it out on the sides & back to conceal the piece? I was hoping for a shaved look while long on top. Also I figured that'd help with the color issue (In case the piece might be darker then my natural color) then it wouldn't be too much of an issue because you can't really see the color with my natural hair being so short.

Yes, you can get any size or shape you want. Ablending would be much easier. The hard part would be getting the lace perfectly down on all sides. Most wearers focus hard on the front, and just do an OK job on the borders know one will see. You will have to do all sides perfect, which means your template will have to be perfect.
