Question about erection sides from finasteride

Firstly, if someone develops sides from finasteride, is it normally noticed right away or does it take awhile to develop?

I've been on finasteride for 5 months. I'm not sure if I'm experiencing side effects or not. I have had a few erection problems lately that I would rate as mild. I'm just trying to determine the chance of finasteride causing the problems or if it's a different issue that I need to deal with, such as performance anxiety or stress.

For the people that experience sides;
Do you suffer serious problems getting/keeping an erection? Or do the erections only last for 20 mins or 1 min?

If the problem is with the finasteride can I take something to reduce its side effects? Would Viagara work? I also heard taking zinc every other day would help reduce sides, is this true?

My semen is not watery, nor has the volume of semen been reduced. Penile sensitivity is still the same as it's always been.

Yes, v**** would help. On the other hand, I don't think you should rely on it because it doesn't really address the issue. If it has become an issue, you should consider stopping the drug or figure out if the other factors are the actual cause. finasteride is very effective, but it's not the only effective treatment out there.

The problem with tracking your morning wood now that you're on finasteride is this....did you track it BEFORE you got on finasteride? If not, then what do you have to compare it to? You can compare it to what you THOUGHT it was prior to finasteride, but memories are pretty tricky....

Take some zinc, and don't freak out if you have an "issue" once. All erections are not made the same. Sometimes your soldier is ready to head right into the heat of battle...and sometimes he acts like he hasn't had his morning coffee just yet.

(this is true for me, and was the same way BEFORE finasteride)
