Q's for Bryan: Prox-N, nano & the 'offset of growth' thing

I have been reading some Bryan's posts, which I have found exceedingly interesting, where he claims:

The point, of course, is that all minoxidil does is provide an extra "offset of growth". It doesn't interfere with the fundamental balding process, so balding continues, even if you continue to use minoxidil.

Taking at face value these statements, I would like to know whether I should expect the same from these products or, on the contrary, they DO interfere with the fundamental balding process:

1) Prox-N, since SODases and pyridine-N-Oxide claim to be NOX related stimulators, just like minoxidil.

2) NANO shampoo, since it is considered minoxidil-like by Dr. Proctor himself.

3) Tricomin, Folligen, etc. Not related by minoxidil as far as I can tell, but still labeled 'stimulators'.

4) Procyanidin Oligomers. Also claimed to be minoxidil-like.

I have nothing personal against the "offset of growth" effect, but I would prefer using products that do really interfere with the fundamental balding process so that I can also reap long-term benefits and not merely a visual effect while I use them.

Thanks for your help.

That's a very good question, and I feel a little uneasy about trying to answer it. But playing the odds as best I can, though, I'll speculate that anything with copper-peptides in it (even Tricomin and Folligen, but especially Prox-N, since it contains other important ingredients like TEMPO/TEMPOL) are probably or possibly more effective in the long-term than minoxidil.
