I have been taking minoxidil for around 5-6 weeks... the problem was it made me so much more conscious about what my hair looked liked during the day as a result of analysing my hairline twice a day. The process of application was ruling my days and i became more and more concerned about weather or not my shedding was actually going to stop... was this a good idea? am i committed at this stage in my life for daily application? or if shedding would continue to the point where in 4 months i wished i never started it?
I made the decision to stop taking it about 5 days ago and i feel better psychologically, not only about the fact i was shedding and loosing ground, but because i think less about the extreme detail of my hairline.
Have any of you guys had this same feeling? Stopped it and felt better? Become better socially? Regrown that month or so of shed hair as a result? Returned to your normal self?
