My understanding is that prp (while often over-hyped) has results in those who still have hair but thinning ie it does not create re-growth in bald spots.

Has anybody here had a prp treatment and in particular anybody who had general thinning but not any bald spots/receded hair line and like to share their results or lack thereof?

Exactly. I see a lot of people who are suffering from male pattern baldness who have developed bald spots or receding hairline. Curious if anybody has had PRP either VERY early in male pattern baldness or for somebody with diffuse thinning from something like Telogen Effluvium.
