Prp for thinning, is it effective as part of a treatment?

Hi, I'm currently experiencing some thinning in the crown area and I'm considering three sessions of prp to complete my existing regimen of oral finasteride and ketoconazole shampoo (the frontal area is alredy taken care of with topicals). I will also add a topical antiandrogen but my question is this: has anyone tried prp as a part of a treatment for a thinning crown? If so, did it help you? Would you recommend it as part of a treatment to boost the effects and improve the growth and quality of the hair?
