I'm looking to get back on finasteride. For the sake of saving money, I'm looking at going with Finscar rather than Finpeica from inhousepharmacy. Anyway, I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on taking 5MG per week. If that's a sufficient amount, which I think should be, would taking one pill weekly do the trick? Or should I break it up throughout the course of the week?

1mg- 1.25mg daily intake of finasteride is the recommended dosage

Do you mean that as if to say that taking a 5mg pill in one day is too much?? Or do you mean that to say that 5mg in one week is not enough??

5mg a day every day is too much

5mg once a week is too little

1-1.25mg a day is just right
