Hi!

I'm a male 26 and I've started using Minoxidil liquid 5% twice a day for around 20 days until my ears and face became itchy and irritated and my eyes became swollen. So, I stopped using the medicine and everything disappeared after a week or so.

As Propylene Glycol is believed to cause such allergy, I noticed that this product is present in my regular shampoo that I've been using way before Minoxidil! So, do you think guys I've been having an allergy to PG and it was triggered by the medication because it's highly concentrated than in shampoo??

It could be either due to higher concentration, you putting it on your scalp longer than you leave the shampoo, or you being allergic to Minoxidil itself or another ingredient.
