The formula contains green tea, Indian gooseberry, Japanese red pine, kudzu root, bindii & ginger.

Study was on 23 people, 19 of them women. Hair shaft diameter and density increased after 16 weeks comparable to but less than minoxidil (though minoxidil performed better at 8 weeks) and growth rate/speed exceeded that of minoxidil at 16 weeks.

Rationale is interesting e.g. Japanese red pine increases levels of IGF-1 and VEGF
