hi eveyone i am 18 and for the last 6 months my hair has been thining out everwhere.. i was just wondering if it is a good idea for me to get on propecia or should i try something else?

nooo 18 is a bit too young i think. Theres not much you can do besides getting on propeciz though.

Maybe some tropical anti-androgens like spironolactone 5% cream. I tried the spironolactone 2% before, it didn't work for me. Never tried 5%.

thats not true. i started propecia when i was 18 and things are working out very well its been 11 months. go ahead and start propecia as soon as you can if you think you are losing your hair.

Dont listen to kamui, he has no clue what he is talking about. 18 is a safe age to start. Sucks to start at that age but it's ok to do so.

Propecia has been judged as a "safe" drug for males over the age of 18, so if you're sure that your hairloss is being caused by male pattern baldness you should consider getting on it.
