Propecia VS Procerin

I've just recently started on Minoxidil and want to get on a DHT inhibitor as well. I've been doing a bunch of online research and of course have been hearing mixed things about both Procerin and Propecia. From what I gather it seems like Procerin is way cheaper and has way less complaints of sides. Of course it also seems like Propecia gets better results but tons more complaints about sexual sides. It really scares the crap out of me to go messing up my junk to save my hair and the Propecia is so damn expensive! I'm sure alot of you guys have thought about this same thing before deciding what action to take so I just wanted to see if anyone could give me any advice. Thanks

You know why there's more sides on Propecia? Because it's effective. Procerin's a scam, and was exposed as such a long time ago. Propecia is the only proven effective treatment for hairloss of its kind.

If you think Propecia is expensive, you can use Proscar.

Propecia works, the sexual side effects are real, but low (1 in 50 or 2%) of those most effects will subside with continued use. Side effects subside with cessation of the drug.

Propecia is 1 mg of finasteride made by MerckSharpeDome

Proscar is 5 mg of finastride made by MarckSahrpeDome

Many here buy the much cheaper Proscar and split the pill into 5 parts, then take one a day (giving you propecias 1mg of finasteride)

Using finasteride (propecia) does not have to be expensive, I pay £40 (UK) for around a 5 months supply.

Just to fill in the details a little, procerin contains saw palmetto, which does inhibit DHT in the prostate. The problem is, you're not trying to grow hair on your prostate. Saw palmetto has zero ability to inhibit DHT in the scalp.

Talk to a doctor. Ask them about propecia and procerin and get back to us.

or put another way

1 in 50 is the same as 2 in 100 (both are one fiftieth)

2 in 100 is the same as 2%
